Bay Head 5K Memory Run Through Mantoloking

The 21st Annual Bay Head 5K Memory Run is based in Bay Head but includes Mantoloking in the race footprint, with the course turning onto Lyman Street, crossing Route 35, and continuing onto Barnegat Lane before returning north. Race time is 8:30 AM, sign-in begins at 6:30 AM at the Bay Head Firehouse, and participants are escorted to the East Avenue and Karge Street start by 8:10 AM. Registration is listed at $40 for individual runners or $35 for participants creating or joining a team, and a T-shirt and race bag are included.
