Bay Head Summer Beach Yoga

Bay Head Summer Beach Yoga is scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day at Johnson Street Beach. Classes run from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and are promoted by the Bay Head Business Association as a seasonal shoreline fitness activity. The posted cost is $10 per class, and participants should bring a blanket or large sheet and sunglasses.
