Belmar Junior Lifeguard Tournament

The 31st Annual Belmar Junior Lifeguard Tournament is held at 6th Avenue Beach and is open to junior lifeguards ages 6 through 15, including Mini Guards ages 6 through 8. The 2026 tournament begins at 9:00 a.m. on July 16 and includes beach and ocean competition for young lifeguards from the Jersey Shore region.
