What to know
Cape May's annual Independence Day fireworks are scheduled for July 4, 2026, weather permitting. The display is launched from a barge offshore across from Congress Hall and can be viewed from the beach, promenade, and properties facing Beach Avenue. Visitors should allow extra time for parking and check official city or tourism updates in case weather changes the schedule.
