Cape May Point Women's Lifeguard Competition

The Women's Lifeguard Competition is scheduled for Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 6:30 PM at St. Pete's Beach in Cape May Point. The event is a premier competition for women lifeguards in New Jersey and includes run, paddle, and swim events. It is hosted by the Cape May Point lifeguards with support from the community.
