Free Yoga on the Beach at Sandy Hook

Free Yoga on the Beach at Sandy Hook is a Sandy Hook Foundation wellness series at the Spermaceti Cove U.S. Life-Saving Station. The 2026 season includes Saturday morning classes from late May through September, with sessions held from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Participants gather on the station porch before class, park in the life-saving station lot between Beach Lots D and E, and should bring a yoga mat or sturdy towel, water, and comfortable clothing.
