What to know
The Highlands St. Patrick's Day Parade is one of the borough's largest annual celebrations. The parade travels through downtown Highlands along the Bay Avenue area and features marching units, Irish music, bagpipers, dancers, community groups, floats, classic cars, and a festive downtown atmosphere.
