Ocean City HSOC Howl-O-Ween Parade

The Humane Society of Ocean City Howl-O-Ween Parade is scheduled for Saturday, October 24, 2026. Registration begins at 2:00 PM at the Ocean City Sports & Civic Center, and the parade begins at 3:00 PM. Costumed dogs and their people proceed along the Boardwalk from 6th Street to 14th Street.
