Wildwoods International Kite Festival

The Wildwoods International Kite Festival celebrates its 40th year in 2026 and begins Friday, May 22 at noon on the beach at Rio Grande Avenue outside the Wildwoods Convention Center. The event includes a kite sales tent, social events, an illuminated night kite fly, kite competitions, sport kite demonstrations, workshops, and family-friendly activities on the beach and inside the convention center. Spectator admission is free, with competition and participation details handled by the organizer.
