$3-per-hour zones
The lowest municipal tier includes much of Surf Avenue from Second through 18th Avenues, the First and Olde New Jersey Avenue lot, 100 West Spruce Avenue, 100 East Pine Avenue and New York Avenue north of Pine. Free Parking Options
Legal curb spaces outside the signed paid zones remain free. They are most likely farther west or away from the Boardwalk and beach approaches. In a municipal paid space, a vehicle displaying a New Jersey disability placard or plate must pay the applicable rate for the maximum permitted period; it may then remain for up to 24 hours under the city's stated rule. Separate New Jersey exemptions apply to qualifying disabled-veteran and Purple Heart recipients. The access aisle next to a marked space is never parking or a drop-off stall.
Overnight, RV and Trailer Parking

The Boardwalk, seawall and entertainment district are walkable once parked.
