Annual Kites at the Pier Festival

The Annual Kites at the Pier Festival fills Chelsea Avenue Beach and Pier Village with colorful kites and family entertainment. The 2026 event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and includes kite flying, face painting, a makers market, live music by The Nerds, stilt walkers, dance performances, bubble art, and a festive spring day by the ocean.
