National Trails Day at Island Beach State Park

National Trails Day at Island Beach State Park is scheduled for Saturday, June 6 through the Friends of Island Beach State Park. Volunteers will help build raised beds and plant a native garden at the Island Beach State Park Marina, with additional cleanup and pruning work planned around Swimming Area 1. Participants should register through the Friends organization and bring work gloves, water, sun protection, and any requested tools such as rakes, pruners, or shovels.
